BBCB Foundation Scholarships
The Bethel Baptist Church Foundation (BBCB Foundation) is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2024 and governed by a Board of Directors. A limited number of scholarships are also available to students attending Frank Phillips College.

Mission Statement
The BBCB Foundation seeks to expand access to postsecondary education for graduating high school students in the Borger area who excel academically but require financial assistance to achieve their educational goals.
Organizational Philosophy
The Foundation believes higher education is a powerful catalyst for change—impacting individuals, families, and entire communities. We are committed to helping students envision opportunities beyond their current circumstances and believe that financial limitations should never prevent a motivated student from pursuing higher education.
Our Values
Education & Impact
Education changes lives and generations. By reducing financial barriers, we empower students—especially those from low-income and first-generation families—to succeed.
Integrity
We are dedicated to honest, transparent, and ethical stewardship of all resources entrusted to us.
Excellence
We pursue continuous improvement, measurable growth, and a culture of accountability and high standards.
